Topic: Tools for advanced flow cytometry applications
Flow cytometry is an ever advancing platform for scientific research. In this seminar we will cover tools to techniques to keep you producing excellent quality flow cytometry data at the cutting edge.

Topic: Protein multiplexing and multiplex RNA quantitation using Luminex
Invitrogen ProcartaPlex multiplex immunoassays use the Luminex xMAP (multianalyte profiling) technology that enables the simultaneous detection and quantitation of up to 80 protein targets in a single 25–50 μL sample of plasma, serum, cell culture supernatants, and other bodily fluids.
Invitrogen QuantiGene Plex Assay utilizes xMAP Luminex beads for multiplexed gene expression quantitation upto 80 RNA targets in every well of a 96-well plate.
Invitrogen QuantiGene Plex DNA assay combines branched DNA (bDNA) signal amplification and multianalyte profiling beads (xMAP™) technologies to enable the detection and quantitation up to 34 DNA targets in every well on 96-well plates.
